Terms & Conditions of sale
Domestic orders: We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
on all orders! Shipping charges are automatically calculated at check
out time. To ensure confirmation of delivery, packages may need to be
signed for. Please provide a daytime address that is not a PO Box. Or
an address that can receive packages.
International Orders: All orders outside the USA are
shipped via the US Post Office Air Mail. We ship the products in a
non-descript package as a commercial sample of vitamins or gift of
small $ value. Customers outside the USA are solely responsible for
any customs fees or seized articles. Eurolab Research is not
responsible for ensuring all of the products offered are permitted in
countries outside the United States. All products are offered F.O.B.
USA. and shipped at the full risk of the buyer!
Our experience indicates
that in some countries regular air mail may not be the best choice
because packages may get lost. If we believe that to be the case
with your country we will UPGRADE the shipping method to US
POSTAL EXPRESS. This extra cost will be passed on to you but your
risk will be very low because we can get a PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER
with the service.
ALL ORDERS FROM ITALY &
SPAIN will automatically be UPGRADED. The current charge for
EXPRESS MAIL is $34.00 -- This is more than the base Air Mail rates
calculated by the shopping cart. Please be aware of it!
Order Packaging
Orders are discreetly shipped in plain packages. There is nothing
written on the package as to its contents.
Return Policy
Please note that all book and supplements sales are final!
Please contact us via phone or email for a return merchandise
authorization (RMA) prior to returning any unopened items. Items must
be returned at your expense in order to receive credit. Credit is
store credit applicable for future purchases. Full credit (excluding
shipping) is issued
for any unopened items returned within 30 days of your receipt of
shipment. Credit will not be issued for items returned after 30 days.
